Data we collect
Data you provide: when you request a demo or contact us, we collect your first and last name, work email, company, role, company size, country and the content of your message.
Technical data: to deliver the website and keep it secure, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Cookie choices: your consent choice is stored in your browser. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are only used with your consent, as described in our cookie policy.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your request and organizing a demo or a meeting: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Business development: following up on our relationship with your organization and sending you relevant information about MYNDY, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.
Website operation and security: legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Audience measurement and marketing cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the authorized members of our teams and of the InfiniteMind group who need it to handle your request. It may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf and under our instructions (website hosting, the FormSubmit form-forwarding service that transmits contact requests to us by email, email and customer relationship management), bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We never sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of our providers or group entities, including MYNDY, Inc. in the United States, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are framed by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision (including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients) or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention periods
Contact and demo request data: 3 years from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Technical logs: up to 12 months.
